Sisig
When I was growing up, sisig is a banana blossom dish, not the pork cheek dish that's so popular nowadays. In fact, I just heard of the pork sisig when I came here in the States. Here is the recipe for the banana blossom sisig version. I miss eating this dish, I will probably cook it within this month.

We always have that back in the province. But I don't remember what we call it.
