I learned to rely on God's loving mercy and guidance, to call on God in times of need and to give thanks in times of joy.
I learned to make do with what I have.
I learned that family is the most important in the hierarchy of things.
I learned that the best way to stay out of trouble is to stay away from situations where trouble will arise.
I learned the little vices in life - window-shopping for jewelry.
I learned to enjoy eating and having a good coffee in the morning.
There are so many things that I learned from the one who gave me life. I may not be able to enumerate them all.
Happy Birthday, Mom!!!!
